Pricing:
- RM1.50 per month per property unit. Minimum RM400 per month. Minimum 12 months contract.
myLivin’ Protection:
Effective 1st February 2022, home owners who successfully make payment via myLivin’ Homeplatform will automatically receive protection covering their Maintenance fee and Sinking funds in the incident of Accident Death or Permanent Disablement, up to RM16k in protection value. This protection is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance Company Berhad.
